Curious - does the scrolling on this sim act weird for you? The scroll like resets whenever the timer ticks for me

I did all kinds of things to try to fix this, but it seems to be a bug with the scrolling mechanism and the refresh of the ready to harvest indicator , any ideas what to do 

I added a button in there called UIGfx that makes it so the items don’t need to scroll as much but not on farm HQ that isn’t working
